telephone or email the Hall Secretary. When calling, please specify: -
- When you want to use the hall
(date and start time)
- How long you want the hall for
(please consider our minimum booking terms)
- Your name and your contact details
(daytime and/or evening phone number, email address if available)
- What you would like to use the
hall for
- Booking frequency (ie. one-off
or regular booking)
- Facilities required (eg. bar,
tables, chairs, crockery/cutlery)
